Shooting basics must include one handed training. One handed will improve your shooting.  In a fight, you may need a hand for something else. Each range session should include one handed drills. Here is a brief discussion on why you should consider integrating one handed shooting into your training pattern.

    Shoot. You could get a bulk thing of butcher paper and trace/paint a silhouette. That would come out to less than $0.20/target.

    But if you wanted to buy targets, pick the VTAC target. It has a lot of value added. They are $0.55/target on his website https://youtu.be/sjncyZEq4EY
