The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) matters enormously to our way of life. SCOTUS is where key decisions are made about what laws will govern our lives and what laws will be tossed in the trash.
That’s why there’s so much political focus on SCOTUS and who makes the decisions inside its chambers.
The current balance of power is decidedly in favor of pro-Constitution and pro-conservative justices who understand freedom requires responsibility, but the left is never giving up their struggle for power.
The upcoming retirement of liberal justice Stephen Breyer creates a lot of danger for pro-2A folks. Here’s why…
Justice Stephen Breyer
SCOTUS Justice Stephen Breyer has held his seat since the mid-1990s when he was appointed by Jeffrey Epstein’s friend (and former POTUS) Bill Clinton. Since the mid-90s, Breyer has opined on many cases and come down almost always on the side of the left.
This is particularly true on gun rights, where Breyer has made it clear he sees 2A as nothing but a relic of a bygone time and a luxury that Americans have no right to hold.
Now that Breyer’s retiring, Joe Biden wants to stick in someone young and on the far left who supports the globalist ideas that define his regime. Breyer played his role, but it’s time for a new anti-gun black woman, as Biden has said.
Some are even speculating that could be current VP Kamala Harris; although that’s unlikely, since Harris has said she and Biden are running together again in 2024, but there’s still lots of reason for caution as Biden chooses his SCOTUS pick…

Joe Biden is Focused on Taking Away 2A Rights
There’s no doubt that Biden is focused on taking away 2A rights. SCOTUS is one of his most effective avenues for getting that job done.
The currently split Senate needs to be strongly pressured to deny a yes vote to any anti-gun nominee who Biden tries to shove through. We can’t afford any of Senator Mitch McConnell’s games right now or deal-making at the expense of 2A in return for a yes vote on Biden’s radical nominee.
We don’t know who she will be yet, but we know that Biden and his regime are going to try to push the envelope and get as much leverage as they can to put through a radical anti-gun nominee.
Justice Breyer is retiring. We need a pro-choice, anti-gun, anti-corporate and extremely handsome replacement.

The Bottom Line
Biden has said he’s only going to nominate a black woman, which is obviously the reason he’s paired up with Kamala in the first place. There’s no question his SCOTUS pick is going to be rabidly anti-gun.
Remember when Biden nominated anti-gun fanatic David Chipman to head up the key ATF? That was atrocious, and thank God Chipman never got put through.
While it’s true that Kamala has the vote to supersede the 50-50 split Senate, with enough pressure more senators will see the light and vote against an anti-gun SCOTUS pick.
