Congressman Madison Cawthorn is a Republican from North Carolina who’s been in a wheelchair since a car wreck at age 18. Cawthorn has never played victim; in fact, he’s made his strong defense of America and gun rights into planks of his political platform.
Rising up as a staffer for Congressman Mark Meadows in NC, Cawthorn eventually went on to launch a successful run for Congress, taking office in January 2021. He assumed power with a hilarious message to the Democrats and leftists who’d hated him from the start and falsely accused him of being racist: “cry more, lib.” Now Cawthorn has come forward with a powerful message about gun rights and the fight against tyranny.
The Right to Bear Arms
Cawthorn recently tweeted about the importance of the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms. This is not an abstract thing for him and it’s not about posing or looking cool with a gun. Cawthorn is literally in a wheelchair; as he has said, if someone tried to attack him while unarmed, he wouldn’t be alive. This makes the Second Amendment extremely personal to Cawthorn because it literally is about his “right to exist.”
Well said. The biggest opponents of the right to bear arms are usually lily-livered liberals from rich suburbs. They have never been in a dangerous situation in their life and have no idea about what it’s like. They wouldn’t know what to do except call the police if a criminal came at them or a gunman. They are too stupid to realize that there’s not always time to call the police when you’re about to get killed, but Cawthorn gets it.

Cawthorn Speaks About True Equality
Cawthorn also noted that even though God made everyone, “Smith & Wesson” are the ones who actually “made them equal.” Well said! Cawthorn has his finger on the pulse of what’s going on; he’s shown his understanding of the lies of Dr. Fauci in numerous interviews.
He’s also spoken about how mandatory COVID vaccines could easily become a chance for our liberal regime to try to take our guns or persecute Bible-believing Christians. This may sound crazy, but Cawthorn is right. Five years ago we would have said a national pandemic being used as an excuse to trap us at home and shut our businesses was crazy: but it happened.
As Cawthorn noted, “authoritarianism is on the rise.” The current liberal regime is very opposed to the Bible and to guns and would love to see both of them in the scrap heap.
As Cawthorn said, all these control “mechanisms” they’re building around COVID could easily be switched into having another function such as cracking down on Christians and conservatives. That’s part of why protecting our Second Amendment rights is so vitally important.
