It’s no secret that gun purchases have been going up.
All the political disorder, protests and economic disruption has Americans concerned and looking to protect themselves.
And it’s not just in red states, either. Folks in blue states and blue cities are gearing up.
In fact, gun buying is at the highest level in over 50 years based on 2020 numbers, having gone up from 32% of Americans being gun owners to 39% of Americans being gun owners by the end of 2020.
That’s still a lot lower than the 50% of Americans who used to own firearms by the end of the 1960s. But it’s a lot, nonetheless.
And it says some very important things about where gun rights are headed in this country going forward.
The Liberal Media Tries to Put Spin on the Gun Surge
The liberal media is never one to let statistics go to waste, and they’ve tried to put a spin on the massive rise in gun ownership.
According to fake news outlets such as the Washington Post, it’s all about racism, police brutality and minorities who are afraid of big, bad conservatives.
Just a hunch, but it could also be related to a bunch of folks burning down American cities last summer while being cheered on by progressive extremists in our government and media.
Another note for the enlightened liberals over at the Post: not all minorities are part of your liberal cult, and many minority gun owners actually care about the safety of their family and property more than just regurgitating your disgusting leftist rhetoric and false compassion.

Normalizing Gun Ownership
Let’s face it: American wouldn’t have freedom or independence without guns. And it won’t in the future without guns.
That’s just common sense, and it’s encouraging to see more and more folks realizing that on a basic level.
In fact, 40% of those who bought guns last year were first-time gun buyers. Those are stunning numbers! And you can bet the Democrat party hates them.
Among our Black community, gun sales jumped 50% in 2020, 47% among Hispanics and 43% for Asian Americans. It is great to see Americans of all backgrounds enjoying the rights which their freedom affords them.
We can only hope that more follow suit and ignore the lies of the liberal media.

Law and Order Matters
The truth is that law and order matters. It matters a hell of a lot.
When we see cities like San Francisco not allowing police or security guards to stop theft of anything under $950, and a blue city murder wave continuing to sweep the country, those of us with a brain still attached think one thing and one thing only:
I need to keep my family safe and get a gun. Immediately.
And if that’s you, then congratulations, because you’re among the silent majority of us who still have common sense. We’ll never let our neighborhoods be overrun by fanatical, violent mobs.
And we’ll never consent to live in cities where car-jackings, random shootings and thefts are normal, everyday occurrences.
Not here, not ever.
