MidwayUSA Foundation is a 501, 3C public charity based out of Columbia, Missouri.
Their priority is to fund youth shooting sports and keep knowledge and firearms safety at a high level in America. They do great work in this regard, and now have their biggest grant ever ready to give away.
Specifically, Midway USA is all set to give out more than $4.1 million dollars to 832 youth shooting groups across the country. The money has already been allocated and will cover everything from ammo to travel expenses, shooting gear, entry fees to competitions, and food.
Competitors and their coaches are extremely grateful.
Encouraging a Healthy Firearms Culture
Youth shooting is all about encouraging healthy competition, gun safety, and responsibility by exercising our 2A rights in a sports context.
Those who are receiving the MidwayUSA grant money are very grateful, such as Lindenwood University Shotgun Sporting Coach Michael Elam, who’s getting $39,000 for his team this year.
Every year, MidwayUSA gives away more and they’re continuing to do so through their endowment which grows annually. Another perk is teams can get tax-deductible donations, straight through MidwayUSA’s site.
