Pennsylvania is a blue state which is experiencing similar problems to other blue states. Particularly in cities like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, crime is out of control.
Assault, murder, rape, and carjackings are happening way too often; illegal guns are flooding the streets and being used by no-good thugs and black market gangsters.
However, Pennsylvania’s Democrat leadership has the same solution to crime that their party has had for the past few decades now: coddle criminals and blame lawful gun owners.
One of the leaders of this idiotic, anti-American philosophy is Pennsylvania’s leftist Attorney General Josh Shapiro.
A typical anti-gun fanatic with no understanding of the Constitution, Shapiro recently did something he’s going to regret and that could land him behind bars.
Shapiro Gets Stung
NBC News recently decided to do a story on guns. The purpose of the story was to demonize guns and cut into gun rights for law-abiding Americans, of course. To do this story, they contacted the office of PA Attorney General Josh Shapiro.
Specifically, this news investigation was about a company called JSD Supply and its Polymer80 gun packages that were for sale.
In order to test out the process, an NBC journalist bought two of the Polymer 80 kits to build pistols and then requested that Shapiro’s office construct them into functioning guns.
It appears his office did so and gave them back to the news agency, thus breaking Pennsylvania law and federal law around ghost guns.
The point of the story was presumably to show loopholes in gun manufacturing, but it’s highly ironic that the top legal agency in the state of Pennsylvania knowingly involved itself in a crime to help a news network make an anti-gun segment.
Right now, Shapiro and his crew of reckless communists are about to get nailed.

‘Serious Violations’
Gun Owners of America is one of the various organizations that stands up for 2A in this country. They are very much aware of what Shapiro’s office did to help NBC break the law.
GOA is demanding these “serious violations” of state and American law be fully investigated. As GOA’s top lawyer Andrew Austin pointed out, there is no reason to believe Shapiro is “exempt” from the same laws as the rest of us.
That’s the whole point: in America, even the president should technically be subject to the same law as an average citizen. We’re not a monarchy or a dictatorship, or at least we didn’t use to be before the far left moved in and started forcing their globalist agenda on our necks.
Shapiro made laws to ban ghost guns and to require extensive background checks for people to sell or construct weapons. He’s subject to those same laws he made.
As Austin noted, the only way Shapiro and his team aren’t looking at charges here is if they agree their anti-gun laws weren’t constitutional to start with.

The Bottom Line
No Democrat or anti-gun leftist is above the law.
If they make anti-2A laws, then they are also subject to them. Let’s investigate this fully and get Shapiro the sentence he deserves.
