Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents should be getting the first of their new Sig 320s very soon now. ICE’S mission is to protect America from the cross-border crime and illegal immigration that threaten national security and public safety. They enforce more than 400 federal statutes focusing on immigration, preventing terrorism and combating the illegal movement of people and goods.

ICE has a reputation for thorough and honest firearms evaluations, it came as a surprise to the industry to see protests so late in the process.

According to The Firearms Blog, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) has dismissed the protests lodged last month (HERE and HERE) by FN America disputing the selection of the Sig 329 as the service weapon for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
