Meet the Benchmade 915 Triage. I must admit, while I’m clearly fond of firearms, I’m a bit of a blade aficionado as well. The Triage is one of my favorites for the features that make it a good survival knife. The “safety” orange color is eye catching (makes it easy to find/harder to lose), the N680 steel has great corrosion resistance, and it also features a 440C strap/safety cutter and a carbide glass breaker at its tip. Keep your eye out for the Benchmade 915 Triage full review later.
Can I have it? I promise to be kind to it and feed it daily. 😉
JoeFabeetz haha aww, but it’ll miss me!
FateofDestinee JoeFabeetz OK, OK…you can visit it anytime you wish to.

Looking forward to the full review. The only thing I like as much as firearms are edged weapons (and my wife, she’s watching!)

Muskrat I love knives just about as much as I do guns. I probably have more blades, though (they’re a shade cheaper to pick up lol)
I carry a Buck with the seat belt cutter and titanium punch as my EDC. I feel these features add to the practicality of the knife. The Buck has the new safe action opener and is nice and light. I feel naked if I ever go out without my knife it’s weird and its also amazing how many times you actually use your knife.
peter3101 Isn’t that funny how we adapt to the convenience of tools like a pocket knife? I sometimes wonder how I ever got along without one.
FateofDestinee peter3101 I know not many years ago we only had public phones, now if we can’t get cell reception or an internet connection we go to pieces. lol
I have some kind of speedy snappy open kershaw onion flavored something or other. its all stainless and pretty slick. even though its sharp as the devil herself, its kind of limited in what it does.
SavageHenry Is it the Leek? I have a couple of those, too. Love the sharp tip, but like you said, not so good for a utility blade.
I’ve been looking at these for something to leave in the car. I always carry a ZT 0350 or a Case Peanut with me. As tiny as the peanut is I actually love carrying it. You never notice its there until you need it and it cuts much easier than the ZT in my opinion. Looking forward to the full review.
Barnes I have a little Cold Steel Mini Tuff Lite just for discreet carry. Still functional, but hides better than anything else I own.
FateofDestinee Barnes I looked at those. There’s just something about the little knives I life. I think it has something to do with the fact that no sheeple get scared when you pull it out to cut something.
