Simple Shooting Gifts For your Wife or Girlfriend

If your wife or girlfriend is into shooting, this is a great time to get them some of the gun related items. You don’t have to spend too much money to make a big difference this holiday season. There are plenty of low cost items that can enhance their experience at the range.

MAKING THE LIST

Before you spend any money on an item, I recommend that you spend a little time watching your wife or girlfriend at the range, and listen to what they are saying. For instance, if you hear a complaint about not being able to see where the bullets impacted at range, you may consider a splatter target. Something as simple as that is what you should be on the lookout for when you take your loved one out to the range.

MY LIST

For my wife, I have developed a list of items that my wife has expressed some interest in. Not everything is something that can be used at the range, but all of it will encourage my wife to stay involved in the shooting community. First off, I am getting my wife a set of splatter targets that will only set me back $10. This will fit nicely under the tree and will help my wife see where her shots land. I am also going to get my wife a $20 purple Uplula loader, which will help my wife load her magazines, while adding a girly flare with a color that she loves.

The rest of my gifts are virtual in nature so that my wife can buy whatever else she thinks would be useful for her. I am getting her a $50 Amazon gift card so she can get gear that she might want for herself. I also signed her up with The Well Armed Women chapter that is local to us and paid her $50 annual membership fee. This will help her get even more involved in advancing her skills as a shooter, while also being surrounded by like-minded women who can support her.

This list is not very long, but it is certainly going to end up being a good overall gift set. You don’t need to spend alot of money to make a big difference. Small items like a Uplula loader can do a lot to enhance the experience at the range and make shooting less of a chore.
